4.2 Shipping Options

Choose your ride:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates – customs can sometimes be slower than molasses in January.

4.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International partners are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be as happy with your boots as a cowboy with his trusty steed. You can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery if they’re:

• In new, unworn condition
• With all original packaging and tags
• Accompanied by your packing slip

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are as final as a cowboy’s handshake:

• Custom or special order items
• Final sale items (clearly marked)
• Worn or damaged items (unless we sent ’em that way)

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake.
