We’ll get your order saddled up and on its way faster than a mustang at full gallop!
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for partners who want their boots in a hurry
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Perfect for those who don’t mind waiting a little longer to save some cash
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be as happy with your boots as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right!
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be:
- In new, unworn condition
- With all original packaging and tags attached
- Accompanied by your packing slip or order confirmation
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Corral (Within 15 Days)
Email our friendly team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- What you’d like to return/exchange
- The reason for return/exchange
We’ll respond quicker than a jackrabbit – typically within 24 hours!
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Pack your items securely in the original packaging (or similar sturdy box) with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship It Back to Us

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Step 4: We’ll Process Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or ship out your exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s done.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are as final as a cowboy’s handshake:
- Custom or Special Order Items: Any boots or shoes made to your specific measurements
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as non-returnable when purchased
- Worn or Damaged Items: Products showing signs of wear or damage not present when shipped
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
International Returns
For our partners outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars – exchange rates may vary
