Our Return Promise
We stand behind our products like a cowboy stands behind his horse. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached – just like when they left our Virginia Beach store.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
Step 1: Contact Our Corral (Within 15 Days)
Reach out to our friendly team at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll respond quicker than a jackrabbit – typically within 24 hours.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Pack your items securely in the original packaging (or similar sturdy box) with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Step 4: We’ll Process Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or ship out your exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s done.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
Special Considerations
While most of our boots and shoes can be returned, there are a few exceptions that are as final as a cowboy’s handshake:
- Custom or Special Order Items: Any boots or shoes made to your specific measurements or requests
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as non-returnable when purchased
- Worn or Damaged Items: Products showing signs of wear or damage not present when shipped
International Returns
For our partners outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars – exchange rates may vary
