How do I choose the right size for western boots?
Western boots typically fit true to size, but we recommend:
- Measuring your foot in the afternoon when feet are naturally slightly larger
- Considering socks you’ll wear with them (thicker for work boots, thinner for dress styles)
- Checking our detailed sizing chart for each specific boot style
Are your boots suitable for actual ranch work?
Absolutely! Our Work Boots & Shoes collection is built with:

You bet! We use bank-level encryption to protect your information. We don’t store your full payment details on our servers – that’s between you and your bank or PayPal.
Do you offer gift cards or certificates?
Not currently, partner – but we’re working on introducing them faster than a mustang can gallop! In the meantime, you can always purchase items as gifts and have them shipped directly to your lucky recipient.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two ways to get your boots on the trail:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Faster than a cowboy at a rodeo with DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! From our Virginia Beach headquarters, we ship globally (except some Asian countries and remote areas). Whether you’re in Texas or Timbuktu, we’ll get your western wear to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number faster than you can say “yeehaw!” You can use this to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your footwear doesn’t fit just right (though we’re mighty confident it will), you’ve got 15 days after delivery to initiate a return. Items must be:
- Unworn (we can tell if boots have been broken in!)
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
How do I start a return?
Just send a message to [email protected] with your order number and what didn’t work for you. We’ll guide you through the process smoother than a line dance.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error, we’ll cover the costs faster than you can say “giddyup!” Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility – but we’ll help you find the most affordable option.

Do I need an account to order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you:
